The unique configuration of the coating systems makes it possible, among other things, to establish the future technology of additive manufacturing paired with high-quality, individual wear protection in the area of new production and retrofitting for large machine components.

New addition - pressure blasting cabin

Purchasing a new pressure blasting cabin represents one Investment in the quality and efficiency of the Surface treatment of workpieces.
The Man-ln blasting cabin enables the finishing of even larger stainless steel workpieces to the highest level. When processing stainless steel, we only use ceramic beads as blasting media. Our state-of-the-art blasting system is equipped with numerous functions, including high air exchange and optimal lighting for the best visibility in the cabin.
It also has a movable work table with individually adjustable height, which significantly improves working conditions. By using special ceramic beads, a powerful and focused beam is generated, which not only effectively removes scratches, grinding marks and undesirable surface properties but also increases the surface quality through plastic deformation and ensures structural protection of the workpiece.

In 2018, our construction project to expand the production site was successfully completed: Production halls 4 and 5 were expanded and a new technical center was built.
The expansion of production halls 4 and 5 as well as the new construction of the technical center make it possible to optimize our production lines and make them more efficient. This construction project will create space to develop innovative production methods and strengthen the company's competitiveness. Overall, the construction project is intended to help modernize the infrastructure of the production site and secure the company's long-term viability.
